MM T21 and Leggo Ring

Looking at T21 we're moving away from AS buffs, and instead they're buffing our marked shot and arcane shot. With that being said, would the marked shot ring become more viable and possibly overtake other leggos? I foresee it possibly being well up there on the charts especially for cleave fights. What all are your thoughts?
