This is what happens when you back a rabid animal (Trump administration) into a corner with no escape. Expect more extreme behavior as their paranoia sets in and support pillars begin to cave. My favorite part of ALL of this is watching the republicans try and deal with this.
I believe he was referring to this:

The idea that they "reserve the right to publish his identity" should he stop censoring himself is very unethical. This is, in effect, CNN trying to police what people say on platforms they should not have control over by using threats.
As predicted, squealing like stuck pigs.
Exactly the way innocent people with nothing to worry about would act.
There's apparently no hill of turds so smelly they won't die on it. As long as there's something vaguely Republican about it.

You're mad that they DIDN'T publish his name?
Meanwhile, the internet's alt right brigade spent less than 24 hours acting as if even the suggestion of "doxxing" this person was the worst thing imaginable, and then turned around and doxxed the journalists in question.
Why won't they ban Trump? Are they scared?
Yea.
It's one thing to ban a conspiracy theorist. It's another to ban the actual president of the united states. Nothing could happen or maybe something could happen by some unhinged individuals on the alt right.
Personally I'd be inclined to let Trump say what ever stupid shit he wants to avoid the massive controversy that would come from banning him.
