So as i was reading "This Month in WoW" on the US forum there is a quote from the WoW 13th Anniversary announcement that says "We’re bringing back some familiar foes—with some slightly updated abilities—to Azeroth too.".
Any suggestions as to what exactly that could mean?

Maybe that has to do with the green dragons that was found updated earlier in the year.
