The 8350k is an extremely good processor, and a couple of years ago his statement would have been true. But with only 4 cores it simply has no future in high-end gaming.

Please provide some evidence to back up your claim because it is false.
The 8350k is still a great CPU for gamers and is less expensive. However, performance wise, the 8700k is better. It all depends on what you consider best though. Some people want the best performance, some want the best value. The 8350k may be a better value, but it is not better performance.
