What is your favorite smell or scent?
I have been told I am a very minimalist, I hate clutter, and to me less is more in terms of aesthetics or whatever. I just love things really clean, so when it comes to smells, I over all hate anything that covers up, what should be clean
That said I do have some Favorite smells. My List goes
1. Vanilla
2. Lemon
3. Lavender or Lilac.
What about you, and what are you decorating do's or don'ts, what makes your house feel like HOME?

Among my favorites: saffron, rosemary, sage.
With COVID-19 making its impact on our lives, I have decided that I shall hang in there for my remaining days, skip some meals, try to get children to experiment with making henna patterns on their skin, and plant some trees. You know -- live, fast, dye young, and leave a pretty copse. I feel like I may not have that quite right.

The smell of a thick pine forrest.
At night when its minus 25-30c snow thick on the ground. Its almost someone took a blanket and put on all smells and the thing that remains is just how cold and winter smells.

That may depend on where you live. Never smells like that here to me.
My favorite smell has to be ripening paw paws when I have them in my cool garage, which is part of the basement.
