I like how they say "Mortals, the time has come to fight for fate of your world" like its something new for us in that pre-fight cutscene. I mean, they could as way say "You know the drill".

I half expected him to say something like "Mortals, the time has come to end this Burning Crusade."

I just watched the cutscene. Where did Sargeras' Sword end up? He plunged into into Azeroth but I couldn't tell where exactly. It looks like maybe the Lorderon region? Also I wonder if it'll show up in the game world in 7.3.5 or 8.0... hmmm...

The funny thing is that such giant sword impact should cause tsunamis, earthquakes, and very likely wipe the life . Deathwing did way ~less~ and changed the ecosystem of alot of places in azeroth.

Horde characters are doomed to serve as raid bosses. We don't have the luxury of our guys going neutral regularly.

Imagine having been on Azeroth as all this happens. Just a normal day in Orgrimmar, then SUDDENLY a gigantic cloud covering up the planet, bit later a GIGANTIC entity emerging and freaking stabbing at your world.

Now imagine having been the one single guy in Silithus at that moment.

The Infinite dragon flight have altered the timelines just right to make this outcome happen.

You do realize the infinite dragonflight was doing everything in their power to prevent the old gods/void lords from winning right? Their leader even said he created "End time" because he say the true end time and what he created was an idealistic scenario in comparison. (With seemingly Azeroth killed)
