Why did Amanthul adressed Velen, illidan and (us) as Children’s of Azeroth!
Velen is a childe of argus
Orcs doesnt have a dady or mommy titan, they are actually invaders of azeroth
Dwarphs and gnomes weren't even alive when they were created originally (Curse of flesh)

You dont have to be born of to be child of. Orcs/velen are now wrapped in mother Azeroth's protective embrace.

....Because they live on Azeroth? and I think most Orc warriors fighting the Legion were actually born on Azeroth, thus making them children of Azeroth.
Dwarfs and gnomes are children of Azeroth as they were created on Azeroth as Earthen and Mechagnomes, while they are no longer such, they are now from Azeroth as they've always been.

Basically this, orcs and draeni are adopted, but it's still their mother because it was there that they gained power, which would be similar to raising them.
