Doesn't seem like it going by how it's worded. The Backpack is its own bag with its own name, so it points to the 4 additional slots being for that particular bag.

I've suspected since Blizzcon that we might be getting at least the first four known Allied Races prior to BfA coming out, likely as (hopefully not, though) pre-order bonuses. But the thing that always made me think that might be unlikely was that they'd have had to add the Embassies to SW and Org before BfA, since that's where the quests start, and I didn't think they would.

With them apparently adding them in 7.3.5, I'm now like 90% sure we're gonna see some Allied Races prior to the expansion's official launch, in some form or another.

Can confirm nothing has changed in Silvermoon City or surrounding areas, bit rubbish. No idea why they have bothered to update the map, still have to go through a loading screen to get to EPL atm too.

Could somebody please explain why Dustwallow Marsh, Blasted Lands, and Deepholm are listed as N/A for Legion-scaling tech? Are they just not implemented yet? They are leveling zones, no? Deepholm being N/A especially doesn't make sense.

Now I know how the normal Draenei players must feel after seeing the beards on the Lightforged. I really want the goatee that the male Void Elf has that can be seen on the character creation icon for my Belf. I assume we'll get it eventually if we don't at launch, just like several Belf hairstyles made their way to Humans in Cata.

No, they are not. Which means they probably won't be in 7.3.5, like the blues said.
