I’m impressed by what I assume is their new encryption that is preventing, at least temporarily?, from obtaining any npc or item additions to the database. (Note for instance that pet is not in the database despite you can see it on PTR pet journal)

Inb4 the original Karazhan doesn't have the H at all and is an N instead. Some developer has just misread the notes for the first Warcraft game in which it appeared and everybody has been using that as a source.

I mean the tabard is sweet. But how on earth will you get it? Unless you wintrade that is (which seems common in pet battles).

Simple.

1. You sacrifice the expired goat to the God of your choice.
2. You keep having faith in luck.
3. You wear the tabard.

Joke aside, if everybody is trying to do that achievement, then the chance your encounter a team full of a single family pets will be high. It could be to your advantage, or your disadvantage. But I believe it will be manageable.

I think that's certain. Like other races it'll probably be a way to build reputation and buy the race mount and stuff.

Some already do have.

Highmountain already have one.

For the Nightborne and Lightforged it's debatable since there is a Nightfallen and Army of the Light tabard.
However, for void elves there is nothing currently in the game.

I wonder if the new allied race mount will be like normal race mounts, in that you can buy the tabard and mount on any race of the right faction so long as you're exalted. Unless you are that allied race, then you can buy the mount regardless and use it on any character.

I hope they get the same treatment as all the other racial mounts, but I doubt it, to be honest.

Best guess, finishing the Argus questline (or at least the dungeon quest).
