What's your favorite Sunday Night Dinner?

    Beef Brisket

Whether it is for you or your family, is there a special dish that takes a few hours to prepare and set up. What's your favorite Sunday Night Dinner?

With obviously some asparagus and potatoes along with fresh Dinner rolls, no I am not one for making it, but I sure can resist when they are done right.

Special mentions would be for my other favorite: Meatloaf, Steak or Lamb Chops

Beef Brisket with a loaded baked potato and some fried okra. A good brisket needs no sauce if it was seasoned well with a good rub and marinated for about 24 hours prior to smoking it.
when all else fails, read the STICKIES.

classic roast dinner of a whole chicken, shoulder of pork or beef brisket, with golden roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and steamed veggies.

Stuffing sometimes too like in the picture, but not often.

Sunday is for making things for the entire week. After surviving my morning at work, I came home and made big batches of chicken stock and beef stock, and am now making tomato sauce ("sunday gravy" in some vernacular). I'm about to start a pork shoulder that will give pulled pork for any purpose, meanwhile my roommate is out grocery shopping for the rest.

My dinner will be some leftover risotto I made last night.

Sundays are reserved for takeaways in my house since we all tend to be busy that day, we look forward to a nice curry.

It was made with love, I'm sure. Secret ingredient.

Or hate. I cook best with hate, actually.

My dinners aren't on a weekly schedule, I don't think I've had a "Sunday roast" since I was a kid.

What's your favorite method? e.g., fried by fire blast, lit up with holy shock, etc.?
