Sarah Sanders has the horrible job of trying to defend the indefensible on a daily basis, the level of systematic discrimination coming out of the white house is incredible. I am curious to see what this "Diverse Team" looks like in fact, everyone I can think of is white, and the vast majority are male.
Donald Trump, putting the "White" back in "White House".
That was actually one of the things that some right wing voters were saying. They were saying it's the White House not the Black House. Here is an example of just that: http://whisper.sh/whisper/04e1e98f74...he-black-house
I did say some right wing voters to be fair. I know they're not all racist, but it does seem like the racist part is doing the loudest shouting lately with things like Charlottesville and some of Roy Moore's views were quite racist with the whole agreeing that all amendments after the tenth being gotten rid of would be a good idea and that America was great during slavery.
Yeah, I don’t see any of that white male oppression. Just this weekend, I had an old lady shop keep wink at me and nod to stay in shop, because a black kid just walked into the store. To be fair, it was a smoke shop and that kid looked no older than 16... but, still... I’m nearly 7 feet tall, with a baseball cap intentionally covering my eyes... and you think that 16 year old kid, who wouldn’t make it to the door running, with his pants below his knees, is frightening? lulz... that’s some fucked up decision making right there...

I admit, there is definitely some schadenfreude during some of their train wrecks, but when it gets bad enough, being worried takes over.
Trump, as ineffectual and incompetent as he is, has done how much damage in the last 11 months? With the adults in the room? Imagining how bad it could/would get without them? For another 6-18 months (according to Skroe)?
No, I don't relish that thought at all.
I read those comments she made and my conclusions are:
1) She most certainly did get the boot, probably in the humiliating way described (ie, being escorted out after trying to beg Trump for her job in person).
2) This interview was in part a "fuck you" to the administration, especially Kelly, for kicking her out.
3) She's planning to write a cash in book in the not too distant future and this is a teaser.
She really strikes me as a two bit opportunist of the highest order.
Well the UN is back from North Korea, shaking their heads in dismay.
UN official back from North Korea worried about 'accidental move toward conflict'
So first Russia, now the entire UN, is begging NK not to go nuclear because of a Trump tweet. At least NK seems ready to listen to reason.A United Nations official says in a new interview that he is worried about an "accidental move towards conflict" with North Korea after a recent visit to speak with officials from the country.
Jeffrey Feltman, the U.N. undersecretary-general for political affairs, told CNN's Christiane Amanpour on Thursday that a "lack of communication" between the United States and North Korea is a major risk to peace.
"The lack of trust in their mind meant that they had to rely on deterrence, meaning military deterrence, rather than on diplomatic dialogue in the short term," Feltman told CNN.
"But I'm really concerned, Christiane, that you've got a lack of viable communications at the technical level. There's no military-to-military talks across the 38th Parallel, there's no trust right now," he continued. "And there's nuclear and military developments that defy the security council resolutions."
He added that North Korean officials remain "quite focused on the statements from Washington."
Feltman recently spent more than 15 hours speaking with North Korean officials, including the country's foreign minister. In his CNN interview, he described the talks as productive and said that the North Koreans gave U.N. officials a "fair hearing."
"I have been in many diplomatic meetings where one side of the table or maybe both sides of the table simply read talking points and give long monologues to each other that repeat well-known positions or polemics and vitriol," he said.
"That's not what happened. They listened extremely carefully to the points that we were making over the 4½ days that we were in Pyongyang. I don't know if they'll accept anything that we said. But they gave us a fair hearing about why the international community was so alarmed."
Worth noting: She's never been remotely trustworthy as a source. So huge grains of salt for anything she's saying as she exits the White House.
So Tuesday was the deadline for Kushner to tell Congress about any foreigners he tried to draw to 666 5th Ave (yes, the building that'll drive him bankrupt in 15 months).
Oh and big shock I know you're all surprised he missed the Tuesday deadline.
Here's the letter he got on the sixth. Like that dot-gov address? Yeah, that's the serious shit right there.
At what point does someone who forgot over a hundred foreign contacts still need to be asked questions like this before he loses his security clearance? At this point, any foreign deal he makes to fund his building is immediately going to be blocked anyhow and he'll lose a billion dollars. Just like Trump did. Multiple times.Various media reports indicated that the property, of which more than half is owned by Kushner Companies, has incurred at least $1.2 billion in debt.
The company purchased the Manhattan skyscraper in 2007 for $1.8 billion. Before stepping down from his role within the company to work in the White House, Kushner introduced a $7.5 billion plan to redevelop the property and reportedly sought foreign investment from a Chinese firm, among others.
Democrats in Congress voiced concern in March about a proposed investment deal between Kushner Companies and the Chinese holding company Anbang Insurance Group, saying it could present a “clear conflict of interest” for Kushner. The companies stopped talking about the deal later that month.

Well, I think we all knew this was coming.
Official: Tillerson 'not really speaking' for White House anymore
A White House official sharply rebuked Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Thursday, telling The Washington Post that President Trump's Cabinet member no longer speaks for the administration.
In an interview with the newspaper, the unnamed official says that U.S. allies know that Tillerson is likely on his way out in the Trump administration. Tillerson has been the subject of months of speculation about his future in the administration.
“I think our allies know at this point he’s not really speaking for the administration,” the official said. The same person described Tillerson as "irrelevant" due to the influence of other diplomats and Cabinet secretaries.
Receiving specific attention is Tillerson's remained willingness to engage North Korean officials in conversation, according to a second senior White House official.
Tillerson “had not learned his lesson from the last time,” this official said.
Completely impartial and neutral TV host Laura Ingraham asked Sean Spicer what Omarosa Newman's qualifications are.
Spicer said “Look, she was very loyal to the president.". This was followed by “I think the president brought a lot of people who wanted to fulfill his agenda. And that’s his prerogative … I wish her the best. But I don't – I'm not really sure."
Newman outlasted Sean Spicer by exactly 100%.
Yes, and Jared bought it right before the real estate bubble burst in 2007. He has basically been sitting on it ever since. He and his partner paid $1.8 billion for the property. And apparently he owes like $1.2 billion for the mortgage in February 2019. And apparently there has been talks with several companies from China, Qatar, and France to buy it. Apparently he is losing $24 million a year because it has a 30% vacancy rate. What he wants to do with it, is tear it down, borrow MORE money, and build an even uglier building. But he would have to borrow around $4 billion. Who is going to lend him this shit?
Trump is an Archangel for what I take your fantasy.
