Nope, BMAH gold cap is 9,999,999 gold.

Well, Tier 3 bought on the BMAH is usable by all wearers of that type, a warrior can use xmog pala T3, a warlock priest T3 etc

No indeed, although I should have made clearer that was a separate warning. You don't unlock T3 in the appearance collection if you obtain it on a toon that's not that class. That's what I should have said.
