I don't like the loading screen either - looks more like Hearthstone artwork to me. - It's not bad but it doesn't fit with the other loading screen art.
Also that stylized gnome looks off.

EDIT: Just realized it is supposed to be a drawf in the front - which isn't making it better.

Pretty difficult to make a dungeon group already where someone doesn't have some type of aoe slow as it is. That racial will probably be quite irrelevant as far as the snare goes

Yes, I know it was made by a professional, but that is part of the reason why it is disappointing. Blizz has a very talented art team, and, in my opinion, that loading screen is below their level.
