I use a combo for Maraad's and Soul of the Highlord, if you have those I'd test it out you get a lot of insane Martyrs

If it is suppose to be a "proper catchup" I wonder what the prerequisites are going to be for them considering we do have the token system in place for toons with full set of leggo's on them.

this will just allow you to farm them easier with a "number goal" you can see instead of a hidden value rolling in the background

I use Judge ring and Highlord's, cloak is tier, plus i really don't like maraad's (i got it like 5th), not my cup of tea. It works really well for me so I just said meh on the rest and stopped farming.

On a side not, confirmation on wowhead that if you have all of your legendaries using one of the new essences will give you a random token for an alt.

LOL it's funny that a couple days ago I was talking to my brother how they could make waking essences to create legendary items. I guess I will complete all artifact challenges now, still have to do them on warlock, priest, monk and shaman.

Eh there's a chance they'll make a new currency for it as well. But regardless, you'd probably only be 1-1 1/2 legendaries ahead if you still had the quest to collect them starting now.

BoA tokens and no, most definitely not. It's going to wind up being no different then if you were to get a legendary from a relinquished piece except for the fact that it is always legendary.

Awesome change and the fact it doesn't add to the Legendary drop rate means some people doing multiple bits of content will start getting 1-2 a week.

Very good change. And it doesn't affect the BLP for the normal way of getting legendaries. So for players who do the content alot will most likely to get 2-3 legendaries every 2 weeks on one character.

Serves 2 purposes:

1: As a source to use up essence after upgrading all legendaries (not everyone has ALL specs ALL legendary)
2: As a source for new level 110 to even gain/use essences, right now if you are just 110, you won't get 970 legendaries, and no essences at all for your time/effort. (Allied Races anyone?)

Only problem right now is if you have all legendaries at 1000 in 7.3.2, you won't get essence drops, but I assume that'll change in 7.3.5 of course.

A legendary a week + the random drop legendary which if you do everything you can get every 1-2 weeks.

On a new char if you stick to one spec theoretically you could get all of your legendaries in 6-8 weeks.

I assume so, but I guess we'll find out, would be a nice to to throw legendaries onto alts even quicker.

If you have a char that has them all and get one a week thats a random class one...would speed things up even more for alts.
