Had one of those, it was actually a really good controller for a wired. Wasn't Wavebird levels of great, but they were quality products unmatched at the time by none other than the Nintendo originals.

I quit buying MadKatz when the N64 came out and the madkatz controller analog sticks would get loose and either break or be horribly off. I would never spend another dime on a madkatz product. The only memory card makers in the industry to have failing memory cards. My original Sony memory cards for the PSX still work for fucks sake.

Yeah, they kinda sucked with the N64 controllers, but the GC wired controllers were a million times better. Always had official Nintendo memory cards for the GC, my brother still has the one's from our GC in his Wii system and they still work after 18 years! Nintendo made god damn bricks when it came to hardware, but the N64 controllers were kind of a poor design overall because even the Nintendo controller sticks broke eventually (thanks a lot Mario Party!). I know we replaced a few over the span of that systems life in our home, but the GC controllers still work and my brother uses them on his Wii as well.

/facepalm really? I thought we were finally done having to deal with that garbage. Shit company, shit hardware. I wonder how many people who grew up with this garbage is actually going to give them a second try, because I certainly am not.
