Maybe they're giving them some rest. It's PTR, they aren't obliged to keep it running 24/7
On a more serious note, it's either a patch or something related to server hardware or connected realms or whatever.

I was mostly joking before, but with a maintenance this long I wouldn't be surprised if it actually was to get Alpha/Beta realms running (they're on the same login servers as PTR). Originally Posted by lightspark

So, if we do get Alpha tomorrow that means we should be getting 7.3.5 this week? I literally hope that we get allied races soon, I've stopped gearing my characters because I've cleared Antorus and don't see much point in redoing it. I'm just trying to gather mounts, pets and titles stuff that's permanent. I need something to do soonish, I think if we get Alpha today/tomorrow then surely preorder will follow soon, which may mean Allied Races?
