Honestly it's barely getting headlines because it's not really all that important. In this case, there's no accusation of non-consent, it's not illegal in any way, it's not terribly surprising in any way, and it's not going to shift anyone's opinion (be it for or against Trump) even an iota compared to much of the other stuff going on.

Of course I remember. The Whitewater investigation was a huge partisan witch hunt that was an embarrassment to the country. Still, Clinton didn't get any legal heat for consensual oral sex, he got it for lying under oath.

And lets be honest here, after the circus around it died down there weren't a lot of people who liked Bill Clinton that turned away from him over it. If you look at his popularity ratings, there isn't a notable dip corresponding to the investigation.
