[Addon Question] Scarlet Inquisitor's Expurgation Stacks

Soo, I play a Ret paladin and have this Chest legendary currently. Are there any addons out there that keep track of your stacks and for example make Divine Storm glow (using the default Blizz ui ability icon glow) when its maxed at 30 stacks? Because having to check my buffs (and you know how in raids you have these 2-3 rows of buffs and debuffs ) every 10 seconds in the middle of a boss fight is veeery distracting, bothersome and annoying.

SIDE QUESTION: Something I just noticed, but now I have a green background behind my forum name (above avatar pic). Sup with that ?

Cant help you with the first question but the second is just a way of saying you're the one who created this post. I'm pretty sure thats the way it is, at least.

I made a WeakAura to track the stacks. Mine shows it in big pink numbers, but you can set it to an icon that glows once a certain number of stacks is reached.
