This logic could literally apply to any right you want to enshrine in any document. Its magical thinking above what even schizophrenic people hallucinating can accomplish, and thats a comparison thats an insult to people with mental illness.

Also its such vague language that not only does not provide any sort of reasoned argument, but fails to even use definable terms that its application is arbitrary at best. My wages and bank transactions certainly aren't private, so we've already established a location where privacy doesn't exist thats short of ending a human life, so its certainly not about a line where the right to privacy exists, and then when you cross it everything becomes not private, its a selectively applied notion that people use to make an argument steeped in cognitive dissonance.

Also the Legal/Constitutional argument is boring, since it mostly falls on the will of people to pass laws/constitutional amendments regarding a subject(and the interpretation of such things), rather than the merits or morality of a subject on its own. The argument has gone way past whether a woman can walk into an abortion clinic and front the cash for an abortion, and now its become about who should be forced to pay for the abortions of said women.

I don't much care if you do. What matters is what society as a whole thinks on the matter. If a fetus is in fact a human being and it seems society is trending to that assessment, then the question becomes how does one stop a woman who does not accept that; from committing murder. If abortion clinics became illegal, many would turn to the Girl Scout's solution, AKA: Ye Olde Coat Hanger (vile though that is). But for all others it comes to a point where either you:

A.) Strap the unwilling woman to a gurney and sedate her for 9 months to protect the child.
B.) Extract the fetus and grow it in a artificial womb to term (technologically difficult).
C.) Come up with a new solution.

As Buddha said there's always 3 ways to respond to a problem. Acceptance, Resistance, or Ignorance. Pick which of the three you go for in this.

No, it doesn't matter what society thinks. It's a matter of privacy, remember?

And society determines the acceptable bounds of privacy.

Exactly, because privacy is defined as society monitoring your actions and approving.

This is false, society does not trend that way. In fact, since the case, Roe v Wade has always had a majority backing.

Society backs Roe v Wade, so your point is moot.
