The beta patch files just showed up on the patch servers. Alpha’s been up since before Xmas but those files were encrypted AFAIK.
The beta patch files are under a different path then alpha and are not encrypted which is why you are seeing all this beta info now.

I expect the Battle for Azeroth release date will be really late July on the 31st or August on a earlier day...
