I really hope so but most likely not. They will be used as pre-order bargaining chip.

I'm hoping so I really wanna try out these scaling changes (won't be leveling a new char til allied), but I feel like they might just announce the pre-order/allied race date rather than releasing tomorrow.

Although, they did just update the Nightborne + Void Elf sigils and the content seems to be ready to go. We'll see!

It's possible they will announce the pre-orders being available at the Q&A, especially with how lacking the content is in 7.3.5 (a super short questline in Silithus, COOL) and the fact that there's nothing TO level using the "new leveling experience" (read: just taking longer), but a point of argument against it is that they're adding 6 slots per server to our accounts so we can have 12 of each class + one of each Allied Race. Unless that only comes with a BfA purchase (doubtful), or they don't care to release both the 6 slots alongside Allied Races, it probably won't come tomorrow because of that.

I'd say like a 15% chance we'll have the pre-order tomorrow after the Q&A, alongside Allied Races (non-Dwarves/Trolls) being playable.

I believe they will introduce pre-orders which unlocks allied races early, tomorrow. It'll only be Highmountain, Void Elf and Nightborne though.

Because the first 4 allied races revolve around legion content?

Also many partnered sites are presenting the allied races the last couple of days. Which is a good sign.

I think they wouldn't send you doing old content in a new feature.

Also bringing the races with the character boost is a very smart business move.

The models and everything are already in the game, if you use an Orb of Deception as a pandaren you turn into a void elf (and nightborne depending on faction).

Looks like all that needs to be done is turning them on
