In order to see them, i'd argue you need to do the unlocking quests/scenario first and you can do those without bfa on your account but in order to create/race change to the allied races you need to buy bfa.

Yep pretty much spot on imo, when they flip the switch we'll prob get a quest pop to visit the embassies. Where we'll see the requirements and for those who have completed them we'll see the new races on character creation. Once you try to make one, you'll get the "BfA license required" error. Which the preorder will hopefully clear!

The Embassy now has Baine and Liadrin standing on rugs in front of Sylvanas while Nathanos kneels on a rug nearby. Liadrin and Baine are both asking the player to convince Sylvanas to seek out the Highmountain and the Nightborne.

Gallywix is off to the side saying "Yeah, sure. Allies. I get it." and talking about his business.

Wasn't there a table in the middle of the room, before? 'Cause if there was, it's gone.

This is on the Live Servers.

I think the table was never there on live server. Just on PTR.

Pretty sure this isn't new, I only visited the embassy in Orgrimmar once(patch day) and they were all in a circle around a rug in the middle of the room. I remember thinking it looked a bit odd like some elements of the room were missing/hidden.

Table was on very early PTR build, then they' ve changed it.
