Why we won't get Kul'Tirans

Why we won't get Kul'Tirans is because we already sail to Kul'Tiras in 8.0, do their quests, and have them officially join the Alliance. And we already know in 8.0 the only new addition of allied races are the Zandalari and Dark Iron.

If they become playable in a future patch, would that not mean we do a bunch of quests to have them doubley join the Alliance?

We were friendly with the Nightborne and Highmountain Tauren for a long time and they didn't join the Alliance. I firmly believe they will be the next Allied Race to join after Dark Iron Dwarves. It may not happen in Battle For Azeroth. Maybe we ask for their aid to fight the next battle after.

As I understand it, there are two factions of Dark Iron, and in BfA we do quests to get the other half that isn't in the Alliance to join.

Maybe not 8.0 but it's very possible we will end up having to face a bigger threat than the horde or the problems on Kul'Tiras, and we may then have to recruit them to join us elsewhere. I'll be very surprised if they don't give us those models, especially if they get a lot of people asking for them like with nightborne.

What I'm saying is the whole point of an allied race is you get them to join your faction.

The ONLY allied race to become playable in the patch it was introduced is Void Elves, and even that's only if you don't count Alleria as one.

Its entirely possible the Kul Tirans believe the Alliance abandoned them, preferring to remain independent of the Alliance. 8.1 Could be the point where we finally convince them to join us

Yes, but I'm under the assumption that this what we'll already be able to do in 8.0.

We don't know how the Kul Tiras story will play out yet so it's too early to say. We know we're getting Draenor orcs in 8.X, and I'm going to be extremely surprised if the Alliance doesn't get Kul Tirans to go along with the orcs vs humans theme.

I can't see any other reason why they'd make a totally unique new human model with custom features and armour support.

you can help and recruit then in 8.0 but they only be playable in 8.1 or 8.2 nothing prevent this.

What are horde gonna get.
we could get darkirons now but the horde would be left with two options, and if humans got KT it'd be another miss for horde, i feel like blizz have to plan out the matching pairs for a while.
