Hooters has chosen to make their business with the image of sexy waitresses, expecting their customer base to consist of people who want sexy waitresses tending to them. Anyone is free to start a restaurant of their own with only sexy male waiters and see for themselves how well it takes off.

Good point. People think tennis players wear less clothing to stay cool and expect no one to notice the other attractions? Or someone walks down the beach in a thong swim suit , should get upset if people stare? Sex sells in a lot more ways then some seem to notice or want to admit.
