Well, we will se. Those partnerships, are more often than not just proxies, which don't give the same rights as marriage. For example in Germany, where partnership couples had to go for every right, to the supreme court, like heritage, taxes... with serveral rights, like Adoption still lacking.

regardless of how you feel about the lgbt community; it is currently a necessity to our current exponential population growth, to help slow that down, as our technology development is no longer able to keep up with basics like better agriculture production, maintaining healthy environmental levels for a sustainable ecosystem, hell even to maintain basic needs like water for the entire global population. nothing is keeping up with our current rate of growth. soon we will be eating bugs as a source of protein instead of common farm animals. its already happening with some dog and cat foods. human consumption of those insect critters, beyond shithole 3rd world countries will be the norm in 30-40 years and something like a single slice of ham, will be the delicacy that we see in wagyu beef today.

What? Women's rights has nothing to do with marriage or family, and in the West women have more rights than men now anyway. Getting rid of no-fault divorce just means it's now easier to get divorced than it is to change your mobile phone. Spousal rape is still in vogue in a lot of countries yet no one from the left bats an eyelid, so spare me the hypocrisy. Oh, btw spousal abuse is higher in same sex relationships but yeah everyone likes to keep that quiet.
