It would have to be humans with a different appearance like maybe the Kul Tirans. You cant just give the main race of the horde to the alliance without giving the main alliance race to the horde. But blizz is a weird company.

Aside from the fact that she already almost did, Vereesa is not the leader of the High Elves. She's the leader of the Silver Covenant, but they are just one faction of High Elves.

You have to realise most people don't read the books. People don't know just how close Vereesa was to joining the horde and she would have taken the high elves with her.

Both Horde and the Alliance are in dire need of races befitting each of the initial faction's structure. Alliance had mostly human-ish races, while Horde had more beastly, savage or malformed. Now most Horde players are playing female BE and Nightborne and the Alliance has all those human-ish characters. This creates lack of diversity in races cause the game is mostly populated by human and elf players.

The Horde definitely needs a race befitting their original visual standards, that's why the Zandalari were a great choice (different skeleton than original trolls, and they really emit that Horde vibe).

In the interview where they first mentioned Brown Orcs didn't he say they'd be Horde?

In siege of Undercity Anduin captures Saurfang and intends to speak with him about honor.
In horde starting scenario when we infiltrate Stormwind and rescue Talanji and prophet Zul, in our way we met Saurfang but he don't want to escape with us and instead he goes to Anduin to speak with him. a few moments lated whole Stormwind is in alarmed state and Anduin himself is patroling the city. Maybe Saurfang tell him about escape or maybe stockade guards.

And now to my worst fear... Saurfang speaking with Anduin about honor + datamined map of gorgrond named "GorgrondOrcs2" can mean that those orcs can join alliance And another fact, this is alternative Draenor so there is not whole bad memories between those orcs and the alliance about internment camps and whole war with alliance only.

Only if Horde is allowed to have pink human. Joking!

Saurfang would NEVER betray the Horde, the Horde are its people, not the person running it. If Saurfang had a problem with Sylvanas he would have killed her already.
