There is also a keybind for the Emote and/or voiceline selection, I believe, though the default state for it is unbound so you'd have to do that yourself.

No, it's bound by default. Voicelines on one mouse button, emotes on the other, while holding C (default binding). Sprays are accessed by holding Y (default binding).
