People here in the Netherlands don't want to hear more than then first 4 lines and just want the game to start already.
Although that might be because we got a lame anthem.

I'm dutch as well and the country could be bombed and I really would not lose any sleep.

Average CD/ITunes purchase price is around 10 bucks so $190 million was brought in. Id guess she made at worst case 10% ($19 million) at best much more. Id say that's a lot of money, and each new album she makes she likely gets a higher percentage of the sales
