Does anyone know what DVS are needed for a Gen 1 VC shiny? Is it the same as the cartridge version now days with the recent patch to the Bank to accommodate Crystal? (That being: HP 0, 8 Atk 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 15 Def/Spd/Spc 10) Or is Atk and Def still switched?

For those of you with Pokémon Bank, new distributions have begun. These provide the Alolan Starters Decidueye, Incineroar and Primarina with their Hidden Abilities of Long Reach, Intimidate and Liquid Voice to all players. These all have your OT/ID and have no special moves and can be picked up from the Pokémon Center after receiving them on Bank. It's currently unknown when this distribution will end. Just a movie version of Lugia. Comes with multiscale wich is rare as hell.

Moves Aeroblast, Defog, Tailwind, & Hurricane .

Since it can learn rain dance its kinda op.

Aeroblast only hits 100 for 95%. While huricane + rain dance cant miss, deals 110 damage and a 30% chance to troll.

Something like this would work pretty well:
Modest/Timid/Calm/Bold
252 sp.atk 252 speed 4 Defense
Item:
Damp Rock / Expert Belt/ Life Orb / Wise Glasses
Skills:
Psychic (or something that counters Air or electic if immune like surf)
Hurricane
Rain dance
Thunder

Flying/water/Bug/Fight/Grass

I don't feel like 10 extra BP and 100% acc is worth wasting a turn for rain dance. Now if you pair it up with rain setters then ok, but in that case get rid of rain dance on Lugia for Hydro Pump/Surf
