If Turaylon is gonna utilize that hit and run tactic like versus Garothi Worldbreaker, I think Rastakhan will be too confused to fight properly.

I mean it is stated that he used to rule with an iron fist but got kinder or softer in his old age, which is why asshats like Zul and the blood troll psychos are becoming such a big problem but I'd imagine a god knows how old ruler with the backing of a loa is a formidable foe.. Now of course depending on the timing he may or may not have the backing of said loa but still.

Rastakhan should be pretty powerful as he was empowered by the loa, specially Rezan.

Well, i think in a society like the Zandalari, only the utmost strongest rule and lead. So i guess, even if we don't know anything about Rastakhan yet, we can be pretty sure that he should be a powerhouse, as long as doesn't get hit with the old age hammer and some retarded feminist writing.
