Assuming they keep their typical behaviour and stuff ... probably none of them?
You would have to pick one that is at least somewhat sane (or at least not a risk to your own health).
I would assume the likes of Anduin, Baine, Turalyon, Hemet or even Rexxar would be fun to hang out with. They all should have some good stories to tell without yourself risking anything.
Assuming you could alter their behaviour? See above posts, copy-paste list(s) of hot WoW women^^
