People will massively quit if you remove classes / races that have been in for awhile. That's just the tip of the iceberg on your "fixes".

Must say I agree with most of OPs points, except probably #6 - I don't think it'd fly.

But GL with this. Blizz has shit the bed so bad with WoW PvP there's really no cure for it now short of a complete revamp which won't happen.
