Causing serious disruption or inciting violence both are not allowed as part of protest. A lot of places also require a permit for protesting. Harassment is also not permitted. Nor can you protest on private property.

Do you know anything about about the laws that govern protesting? There are restrictions, otherwise any riot could be classified as a lawful protest.
