I wouldn’t compare the 7.1 early announcements for Legion to what might happen in BFA. They said 7.1 was too soon in Legion.

Dark Iron racials have been out for a while, we're just missing the mount and classes.

Dungeon DelverDungeon Delver (Racial Passive) - While indoors, move 4% faster.
FirebloodFireblood (Instant, 2 min cooldown) - Removes all poison, disease, curse, magic, and bleed effects and increases your primary stat by 100 for each effect removed. Lasts 8 sec.
Forged in FlamesForged in Flames (Racial Passive) - Reduces damage taken from Physical attacks by 1%.
Mass ProductionMass Production (Racial Passive) - Items crafted by Blacksmithing are created twice as quickly.
Mole MachineMole Machine (Instant, 30 min cooldown) - While outdoors, summon a Mole Machine that tunnels through the earth.

Nope, the class list is not final. DID class list was incorrect, it is unlikely Zandalari class list was correct.

I don't know about you, but I love the Horde races a lot just for their looks and everything...Racials are just a nice added bonus.

By the way did Blizzard confirm at all that other races will get other customization? The new options can be added which are War Paint and Scars.
Also some customization options I want to;


For the Male Trolls...Maybe they can add beards for them...And add War Paint for the Female Darkspear Trolls.

Probably add the Chinese intact Undead model for when it's a fresh corpse and not a bone looking one...

Blood Elves can finally get tattoos of their own and hopefully they will get different hair styles as well...
