VEG started a bit slow and really pushed that "what is love, baby don't hurt me" theme pretty hard, but they did a really good job at the subtle cues that she was changing gradually. A lot of people were like "why did she pass for writing that weak ass letter" but missed the point that she listened to what Luculia was saying and was able to extract what she didn't say and express those feelings on paper. It's had some really low-key brilliance and the past few episodes were absolutely stellar. I haven't really gotten caught up in how good it looks because I don't think it's all that much better-looking than shows like Hyouka or Euphonium. It's a solid show that's unfortunately probably going to be ruined for Netflix viewers by a bad dub and shitty subtitles. I watched a couple of the more recent episodes dubbed and it was terrible. I don't know why English voice actors can't convey emotion.

Watched 2 episodes of Magus Bride but decided I was going to binge it when it was over. Looks good, though.

Citrus 11 - This is about the time I slowed down on the manga, but I love that the show-runners took the opportunity to make fun of the show

Dagashi Kashi 10 - I still miss Hotaru but Hajime is really funny. Coconut's dad is one of my favorite anime parents, dude's just retarded funny. I think I actually like this season more than season 1, the shorten format really helps and it feels like more than just a candy commercial.

Slow Start episode 11 Teacher/Eiko ship escalates. Kinda disappointed we didn't get more shut-in Hannen scenes at the festival, and she seemed way too comfortable there. Guess between her getting into college and Hana spilling the beans to her friends, they're waiting til the last episode to wrap up all the actual plots. Pretty sure I'm the only one here watching this though, so eh. Still gonna talk either way. Also, Tama fourth wall breaker.

db super 130 would have preferred goku being silent again this episode. him getting all hot blooded seems to be counter intuitive to ultra instinct.
