Then you have these 18 to 23 year old streamers who are having the time of their lives just playing video games and will make more money than I ever will in my life time in just 2 to 3 years. lol

Dan Stapleton speaks for me on this one. At this point I've resigned myself to the fact that I am no longer "with it", if I ever was in the first place, and none of this makes any sense to me anymore.

And what they make is still vastly dwarfed by actual real world celebs. Dwayne Johnson probably makes more money for an appearance then they do in a month.

I'm not sure why people act like B list celebs are some new phenomenon just because some "play games" on a stream. It's still just being an entertainer at the end of the day.

Different demographic, not really generation. The kids interested in playing and watching real sports probably have no clue what the fuck twitch is. The only video games they know is "madden" "dat 2k" "Fifa" and maybe the side of GTA/CoD.
