Being fired is the least of his concerns. Obviously he needs to lawyer up, and fast.

I see you changed your bullshit sig again. It is still wrong. And yes, he is lawyering up because he has the notes that help Comey against Trump in the Obstruction of Justice case.

After reading several of these posts I and all of the pearl clutching. What did he do to get fired?

Leaked information about the Hillary emails thing to a reporter, and then lied about it. So there's actually reason for his firing, but to do it a day before he was due to retire is just a dick move.

Let's remember, McCabe was accused. Not convicted. Certainly not even indicted.

Peoples lives are being shattered and destroyed by a mere allegation.

Some are true and some are false.

Some are old and some are new.

There is no recovery for someone falsely accused - life and career are gone.

Is there no such thing any longer as Due Process?

Are you claiming the internal affairs division of the FBI recommended he be fired for no reason? I'm just assuming but that doesn't sound like something that happens easily, that they wouldn't put the agency in jeopardy for a wrongful termination lawsuit. If you want to blame someone blame Mueller he's the one running around putting people in jail for not being honest in a Federal investigation, McCabe isn't the only one losing out.

    He is quoting Trump.....

    Breccia is quoting Trump.

McCabe was fired, not indicted, and yes, considering how incompetent this administration has proven itself thus far, they would do something that stupid that would put them in jeopardy of a lawsuit. Isn't he suing, or am I mistaken?

And the DNC is offering McCabe a 2-day job so he can possibly collect his full pension. Trump and his idiot cronies just get dumber and dumber with each passing day.

Rofl - he already did, awhile back, when he turned over evidence of his conversations with Trump, that seem to corroborate Comey's written notes - both of when can be used as direct evidence against a hearsay objection.

McCabe lawyered up, just not the way you Trumpkins thought.

This largely matches what Axios and others have been saying: Mueller's best shot is about obstruction of justice. We've discussed last week how he might even have such a case, but he's holding off on making it because he wants others to testify.

Also, re: hiring a lawyer, it's okay: McCabe hasn't been cheating on his wife with a porn star. He doesn't need a lawyer.

More news. Not looking good for Jeffy boy if it's proven that he knew about the investigation. The firing reasons for McCabe already don't stand up to scrutiny and will be challenged in court but this is a huge blow to Sessions/Trump's side.

Oh look, sessions fired the very person who opened up an investigation into Sessions.

Nothing to see here folks, just more draining of the swamp!

Which draws the firing under further scrutiny given McCabe has an extremely solid case and will be taking his firing to court. Trump admittedly wanted him gone with personal and professional attacks made against McCabe through various media, tweets that back up some preplanning of the event, the formal investigation not even being concluded and released yet, the story getting leaked to Fox before the firing even happening shows more preplanning, and now the news that McCabe had Sessions under investigation for "lack of candor" and effectively an FBI perjury investigation of the sitting AG means that there's a lot of evidence to show to argue that it was a politically motivated attack.

Actually, being fired is a great concern for Sessions and Trump - looks like McCabe was investigating Sessions for his "lack of candor" to Congress regarding Russian contacts. It'll be fun when half the cabinet, along with the "president" and Pence, for Obstruction.

When will Team Trump learn to just stop doing things? In fact it's pretty easy, it's what Trump does when golfing and isn't president'ing. All he has to do is sit and breathe.

Even that is dangerous, considering he has a remote twit account on his phone.

Commedian Lewis Black once observed Dumbass Donnie Dump like this (Paraphrasing from memory):

    "This man bankrupted a Casino..."

"...let me repeat that to you... this is the man, that bankrupted... a Casino."

"Lets say I gave you a casino and all you did was wake up, eat, shit your pants, and go to sleep."

"Lets say you did this every day - wake up, eat, shit your pants, go to sleep - wake up, eat, shit your pants, go to sleep - wake up, eat, shit your pants, go to sleep!"

"I guarantee you that by the end of the year of doing nothing but eating and shitting your pants, your Casino would've made a profit."

Lewis Black is great and he's not wrong. Trump didn't even make as much money as he would have just letting it sit there, he's a loser from start to finish.

Yep, while pretty much announcing it.
