Do you think we will get some new Spirit Wolf forms? (SHAMAN)

The baseline is obviously the wolf, and Trolls got some love with the raptor glyph.

Do you think we might get some more 'glyphs' for other races?

    eg.

    Dwarf - Ram
    Draenei - Talbuk
Dark Iron - Single headed corehound

    Tauren - Plainstrider
    Highmountain - Moose
    Goblin - Hyena

    Pandaren - Tiger

Why not? They actually gave Dwarf Paladins an actual Ram charger mount. It seems like they are all about adding in these kind of class thematical updates that people have been asking for for years.

XD, well their allied race mount IS a moose.

So it would be a moose, riding a moose, riding a moose.

I'd hope so. Druids have got a lot of love with Models in recent times. The best a shaman has received in years were new elemental Totems and Ascendance which both just used assets from Twilight Highlands and Doom Wolves had some colour added to them for elements.

And they even took away the Ascendance glyph. So all you can really chose as a shaman is raptor, big wolf or regular wolf.

I would also love to see is them do something with the farseer class mount, make it so they aren't spec dependant.

Dark Iron Dwarves scream Enhancement to me, half warriors in full plate with magma infused hammers. Not a caster at the back. And the fire elemental mount is elemental spec only, which sucks.

    That would be hilarious.

Oh and that reminds me, this would also work for the wolf spirits you summon, not just the speed buff transformation.

I always though that each shaman race should get different ghost forms. Its like totems - they define your race. Seeing how Draenei use wolf form is stupid. So I would suggest next:

    Draenei - Faerie Dragon
Ironforge Dwarf - Gryphon (Don't forget technically default dwarves are Wildhammer)
Dark Iron Dwarf - Fire Elemental or Golem Thingy

I'm all for more Class customization, but IMO it would be also nice if it doesn't necessarily have to be tied to the race.

Honestly? I don't want to see that happen. Maybe with a race that's somehow super distinctive with both their culture and their origins. But really... a spirit RAM form? I do get (and like) the changes that have been made with the zandalar and kul'tiran druid forms. It did and still does make sense. But then again. The wolf means a little bit more to the shaman overall identity to be just randomly replaced by rams, plainstriders and corehounds. The draenei as a race are distinctive enough to have their own spirit animal form though. I could totally agree on that and also that talbuks might be a good choice. If not, then maybe panthara or even marsuul? Oh yeah, I would love to see a spirit marsuul form.

But with most races I would definitely stick with the spirit wolf form. However it would be nice to see all totems getting an update first.

What cultural relevance do wolves have to any race other than Orcs?

    The answer is none.

While I'm not opposed, do most of these races/options have the same spiritual connection that orcs/trolls do with their wolves/raptors?
The only race/combo noted there that does make sense is Pandaren/tigers but turning into a cat is a druid form.

    I don't disagree - personally, I just can't see a lot of better options.

Turning into a cat isn't necessarily a druid thing, turning into the feral form that has those specific abilities is.

The animal form the Shaman takes on is obviously of cultural importance. If you can't see why Rams and Talbuks are relevant for those races then I don't know what to say.

    I just listed them.

If you wanted them all to be carnivorous for whatever reason then Dwarf = Bear, Draenei = Panthara, Tauren = Lion and Highmountain = Nightsaber (mountain lion).

    I just listed them.
Dwarves have a storied history of vision quests and spirituality with their rams? Forming life bonds?
'Cause besides using them as mounts, I don't seem rams reflected in their culture at all.
Same goes for talbuks, they're mounts. But on Draenor they quickly got swapped out for elekks.

And I saw your list, as noted by the tiger comment. I wasn't wild about it from a logical standpoint with regards to animal relationship with paired race.
(Highmountain druids turn into moose. Overlap, again.)

Rams are used as mounts and beasts of burden, used to protect their homeland above the surface and to spread messages to others. I guess you could also go Gryphon. I'm also not seeing your point on 'overlap'.

Also Elekks didn't take the place of Talbuks, they are used by different Draenei orders. Elekks are more militaristic and Talbuks are used by the Rangari as scouts and messengers.
