I personally don't see this as racist or exclusive or anything. I see this as a hotel offering a cheap, basic product that really isn't good for anyone. They don't offer "white shampoo" as the tweet claims. They offer basic shampoo. If they offered more ethnic hair products, that would isolate more of their base than just offering the basic shampoo.

Inclusion is very important, but that doesn't mean that a free product has to be offered in 10 varieties to meet everyone's specific needs.
