Did you use or complete the Allied race stuff? If so no refund for you. Since under the Law you agreed to your cancellation opportunity being null and void once you did.

gotta log into your account on their official site then go to tickets/ask for refund
If you have unlocked allied races or have used the character level boost they wont do it.
Dont pre-order in the future, bye.

You'll only be able to cancel your pre-order if you didn't break the qualifications.
And you've never had to cancel shit through the forums, just make a ticket...
