probably a dns issue. most ISP's have fairly slow DNS servers. google's is slightly faster, but also tracks your traffic. cloudflare just created the 1.1.1.1 which is the fastest dns on the net as far as i know, and it completely private. try it out.

Done scans on my to make sure there's no issues here. Eh guess it's just something random.
