a+ for effort.
But one question remains. What is Shul-Nagruth?

Shul-Nagruth has been datamined as part of mysterious entity. Its Name is similar to Shub-Niggurath, and has same models of G'huun's tentacles.

Could be a forgotten one rather than a fully fledged old god
I love the shit out of this presentation, great work.
Lol.. this is hilarious..
But we don't know if Shul'Nagruth is the 5th god or just some rando..
I could just imagine an Old God with a c'thrax on its knee (or whatever tentacle would pass for such), telling them the story of how the Old Gods came to Azeroth from the Little Golden Book of Old God History. Excellent work, OP.
"We're more of the love, blood, and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see." ― Tom Stoppard, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead
Is this creation of old gods canon? Getting some strong Chrono Trigger vibes
I like your theory and the artwork.

I love the presentation, and the logic is solid. I especially liked how you integrated the Battle of K'tanth, Y'Shaarj's horns, and both legends of what Xal'atath's origins: A claw of Y'Shaarj and the remains of the fifth Old God. This could very well be a rough history of the Black Empire.
There's definitely some Chrono Trigger references in WoW even beyond those two. Garrosh as The Prophet in WoD is almost certainly a reference to Magus as The Prophet in the Kingdom of Zeal. They both go back in time to advise their parent to prevent great disaster and fail. Even their hoods are similar.

I dig it even if it may not be canon.

I don't get it, why would the other four Old Gods bully Shul-Nagruth? He looked cute and kind
This is great. I hope this is close to the truth. Though I'm not sure if we'll ever get a complete answer to the Xal'atath origins. Nice artwork and I like how you worked the various stories about Xal'atath into the Y'Shaarj back story.
That's actually a pretty solid theory.
The only minus of this theory is that I will be dissappointed when blizzard shows the canon lore for this and it won't be as good.
I really like this theory but if it's true or very close to the true then Shul-Nagruth was even stronger and more threatening than the strongest Old God Y'shaarj or else they wouldn't join forces to defeat him.
This is almost exactly what I had theorized, but I would say the Titan's "made" G'huun out of the remains of Shul-Nagruth that weren't already completely devoured by Y'Shaarj.
