The hearthstone toy spells are all on global cooldown, if they work as the diablo anniversary town portal.
Which means they might just help to get one free slot in your bags, as the hearthstone becomes a spell instead of an item you must carry around.

The problem with all the hearthstones is they share the same location and CD. You should be allowed to set each to a diff location and separate CD for each.
