1) The law is equally applicable to men and women. Nowhere is it mentioned that only men may be fined for this :

Translates to : => A sexist offense, outside blahblah, is defined by imposing on someone any sexually connoted or sexist behaviour blahblah.
Gender isn't mentionned anywhere.

2) The €750 is the maximum, not the norm. Marlène Schiappa actually proposed a €90 fine first, but then you have to take into account recidivsm, context etc. If you're following someone and blocking his/her passage while calling him/her a slut or even an incel (like you all love calling people on MMOC), yes you'll get a higher fine than just whistling once.

3) It actually can reach higher than 750, up to 1500 if you're offending people you have power over : kids, people you have authority over, old people, mentally challenged ones, or if you do it in a group.

Actually, according to the text, you'd have to be caught by an authority on the act, it's not a 'report someone for doing something' stuff, so as long as you don't do it in front of the police, it's 'fine'(which makes this a bit absurd)

I for one agree with the whole initiative, it's easy to just look at the femi-nazi ideals on this but truth is, France is plagued with some people that cannot be named but who come from certain less interesting places of the world, and those people are sometimes little better than animals.
