Night Elves in SW, Forsakens in OG, what can this lead to?

Now that Night Elves and Humans are literally neighbours, they'll definitely share a lot more of their cultures and knowledge than previously.

All I hope is that Night Elves to investigate Everbloom Portal south of the Mage Quarter and somehow develop not-so-Scourgey Botani / Ancients to increase their military power / provide us a choice of plant-based race.

Furthermore, just like how Delas Moonfang has become a Paladin, maybe they will open up Night Elf Paladin class, and Humans to Druid and etc, to show the evolving influences in the racial dynamo and relationships.

For the Horde side though, I seriously have no clue how can the Forsaken influence / be influenced by the other Horde members, but I hope there can be some interesting interactions and mixes between these groups as well.

    What do you guys think?

The forsaken that have reserves about Sylvanas might have an easier time finding like-minded people or flat out finding places to safely share their views, that's all I can think of... Unless we get some undead redemption story through shamanism which would make a lot of people mad no doubt.

Blizz will probably make EK all Alliance and Kalimdor all Horde at some time next expansion, at least post 120 (phased).

It'd be neat to see the Forsaken socialising with the other Horde races on a scale we haven't seen before. Given the Forsaken is rather cultureless when it comes to values that aren't "kiss the ground Sylvanas walks" it would be cool to see them pick up certain things from other races.

I'd like a quest line about a Forsaken trying to become more spiritual and failing, as they get bounced between orcs, trolls, tauren and even a goblin that pitches a guaranteed method for a high price, that could be fun.

I'm missing something, what is this picture of? A new NE headquarters or an instance? Would love an explanation as I love NE's to death and want to know more about this everbloom...thanks!

How do they spin the average orc being totally fine with the reanimated dead corpse of a human walking around...

That is just a pic of the last part of the Everbloom dungeon from WoD dude...

It will lead to quite bigger pumpkins for sure.

    And more seriously -

There already is a thread about adding Botani as Alliance allied race, and idea seem to be positively received.

Personally I don't like idea for continent division at all. Maybe it might to some point have sense on Eastern Kingdoms, but in Kalimdor? In ancient ancestral forests of the Night Elves? No. That part is just sounds so extremely stupid...

It's the map for the last boss fight in the Everbloom dungeon. It's a Warlords of Draenor dungeon, which ironically is canon as the spot can be accessed in (Main Universe) Stormwind.

Edit: As I am currently not in game, here's a picture I found on google showcasing the portal from the Mage Tower point of view
    (Original creator/thread from July 2014)
    Spoiler:

This is the uninstanced version, perfectly viewable in Stormwind. Whether it requires having been in WoD to see am I quite unsure about, but probably phased.

ohhh that's awesome! As much as I love NE's and darnassus I think they should move to a different area and build a new city and a world tree, it would be amazing if blizz let in game actions decide if a city was built...a la argent tournament style. Esp since they are taking cities away....maybe take over where lordaeron is, repair it with druid magic and then turn UC into the new NE capital and start to form a world tree right where brill was and maybe the forsaken can undead the crap out of the old teldrassil as their new city and there starting zone could be something like they have to quest to help the new settlers "undeath" the old night elf city

I don't like it either but if they want to push the narrative of Kalimdor being controlled by the Horde it may come to that.

Night Elves will grow pumpkins for the Humans. Their culture will gradually diminish until they become indistinguishable from Humans.

The forsaken will probably turn the goblin's oil-infested lake into a blight lake.

Cool. Now night elves can assimilate even more and finally take their rightful place as worshippers of potential of humans.

I hope there will be an expansion when we will go to kill all humans off. My human mage will get some Mannorth's blood injection or something to lose his potential.

Maybe they could just push Forsaken further north, if they need some place to reestablish Lordearon in some form? Make them conquer Stratholme, or Deatholme and fortify Horde on the North? We don't need Scourge in Eastern Kingdoms so much.

And Night Elves to reestablish themselves on Mount Hyal? I know, it is close to Orgromar, but it have been there long before orcs even started to think about creating Dark Portal. And I know, that Horde have more popular sympathy, but if Night Elven won't somehow get back to the roots of their concept - they won't attract any players to Alliance. Teldrasil was miserable as representation of zone on the giant tree, so replacing it by something else was probably necessarily anyway.

As for that portal to Everbloom - is there still Botani presence in Gorgrond 30 years after WoD? And if no, how could it work? Could the portal now lead somehow to Faraholm? That sounds strange, but this is only thing that comes to my mind...

Personally I'm hoping that the Forsaken take Stratholme and make it into their new Capital.

Meanwhile I kind of want Nelves to move onto Hyjal and get up in the bows of a -real- World Tree.

But at the same time, I also want them to swap continents for the "My Side, Your Side!" idea. And if that happens? I'd want the Forsaken to take Theramore while the Nelves move into the area of Duskwood surrounding the portal to the Emerald Dream.
When you are accustomed to privilege, equality feels like injustice.

Well, the presence alone in that new places is not contradictory to other ideas. The problem I see, is that there is not to much place in there... Kingdom of Stormwind already looks rather not to serious, being so small imho.

Now that the Alliance has failed the Nelves, they can assimilate entirely to their human overlords. They’re even getting Nelf paladins. Their culture is slowly being lost.
