When it was updated the first time, yes. The new bushes are more detailed.

@Chickat Managed to do the scouting quest, just have to go out the front gate for the flight master, and to the lumber yard and mines. (mines NPC is inside)

Follow up is to return to Boralus, which actually unlocks Warfronts. Not able to right click the war table though.

There's also a rare named Echo of Myzrael (yeah, the princess from those quests!) who looks pretty neat:

It looks like they changed the skin a little, still the regular Earthen model. Needs to be hdified honestly.

Looks like a new texture over one of the iron dwarf models.

warmode exp when I was leveling last build said 15% bonus now its 10% bonus on the buff . Changed? :O

I'm assuming this was meant to be a possible part of whatever comes with Calia when she shows up in BFA. Maybe an AR scenario? Whatever the reason it got updated, they rolled it back, so it wasn't meant to be at launch.

I'm going to go full on conspiracy theory here. What if it's the "hangout spot" for LF Undead that the alliance somehow, someway might or might not actually get?

And now if I'm able to obtain this set, I'll finally have a reason to roll a nelf, and a hunter, and RP as it.
