Look bad compared to that twat that showed up late at the G6+1 and left early while taking a dump in a corner of the living room?

    I don't think so.

DeNiro, like 75% of the USA and most of the western world have the same sentiment: Fuck trump!

Makes no difference. He was elected Constitutionally by the people, thus deserves a certain degree of respect. Even as I did not like Obama, I still knew he was our President. Using the media platform of a event designed to recognize a profession not even associated with politics, is a disgrace.

"the actor and co-owner of the Nobu restaurant empire told the Daily Mail that he’s banned Trump from all of his Nobu restaurants, with locations all over the world and here in the U.S., including one in Washington, D.C."

If only Trump was gay so that De Niro could get sued over this

Then you are blind to your own hypocrisy, you voted for a celebrity using media platforms to talk about his opinions. Iit's pretty obvious you are fine with celebrities doing this when they are spouting stuff you like such as Obama being a Kenyan Muslim. Also I will give him respect when he shows even a ounce of respect himself for his own office.

    No he doesn't.

Yea, I’m also in the camp of actors/actresses should stick to what they do, and not enter politics. It honestly makes it look like they have an agenda. Also, grown men and woman not understanding that by denying Trump respect they’re denying all his supporters as well. Which isn’t a good thing to do considering he won the election.

You see this a lot today, in sports as well. Blatant disrespect for the president. Not disagreeing, just disrespect. It’s not cool, and doesn’t solve anything.

And in the greatest of ironies... they elected a reality-show host.

The problem is, that Trump and his supporters doesn't respect anyone except their own kin to begin with.

I am not a well known actor or public figure. That makes a huge difference. Plus. I never cussed Obama for anything. I disapprove of him of course and his goal for our country. But you can not post any link of myself ever calling Obama cuss words or saying " fuck him! ".

So this is how this thread is going to play out.

A bunch of conservatives/trump supports/woke independents are going to go about how celebrities should stay out of politics...well except for 45...and that no one cares about celebrity opinions...but this celebrity is getting press for their publicity so...don't forget that De Niro needs the publicity.

left wing/liberals/everyone else is going to say how much they agree with De Niro. They will continue to shit on 45.

the former will say...well he won so get over it.

the latter will say when is 45 going to act like it then?

    "but roseanne"

    "fuck roseanne"

    libtards...

    ...snowflakes

at some point the thread would have moved well past the OP and will slowly fizzle out as it becomes less and less about the original story.

You know there’s murderers too. Must mean we’re obsolved of any guilt in that department. Seriously though, I don’t think anyone is saying he’s not rough around the edges, or wrong at times. Just spouting “F” this guy is childish, and doesn’t do anything but incite an unhealthy situation. I’d respect him much more if he had a message.

As an outsider looking in people are really sore ffing losers.. It was a bad election to begin with, pick either a imbecile or a criminal.. well the imbecile won. Get over it.

This is democracy, you can't always get what you want.. but I don't remember the other side being this petty when they didn't win.

Another has been trying to muster up some "good will" before he's out of the industry.

At this point all they can do is call him names and insult him, because they don't have much else.

Trump won. Get over it. As every president he will do some good and some that’ll be shit. Take that into consideration when we have our next election. No need to mope about it now.

Yeah.. like all those gun owners that actually WORK in fields that are strongly affected BY tariffs? Or the ones that DONT live in gated communities with mexican servants that have to deal with the ugly side of immigration? Those ones? I dont think you have any idea what the word irony means, and are just trying to chime in with the usual liberal bullshit, but without even being able to make a coherent point.

I like Robert De Niro's acting but honestly couldn't care less about his political views.

So what? Hollywood is mostly far left, even by danish standards. It is a hub of eccentric and extremely narcissistic people with delusions of grandiour.

Hollywood being anti-Trump does nothing, but proves that they have a clear left-wing political agenda with their movies.
    It is just pathetic.

Like Morgan Freeman and the rest of the recently exposed "celebs", they are making as much noise as they can to shift attention from whatever it is they are trying to hide towards Trump.

I bet you 100 bucks that we will hear about some accusations towards Mr. DeNiro soon enough.
