You guys are hilarious. And Ret, I really <3 your dedication to figuring this out despite the fact the scum were just straight up messing with you. It was too much. But your attempt at game solving despite that is very commendable. I tried to get Danner to whisper to my scum buddies to let you win. Fortunately, Lysah agreed with me without knowing it.

Virothe deserves an honorary win. He was the hardest working player this game, and lost practically only through sheer bad luck. FYI, mah scum buddies, he was worth over 10k when he died. Kel got all of that. He was double tapped last night. You guys chose right in your night actions, but I will admit I was biting my fingers (not even my finger nails, just the fingers...) in anticipation of Jynxie hitting a bomb. Turns out I was wrong. But god was I nervous.

This game was amazing.

Things might have turned out differently if I had been in the thread to call Largehorn and Lysah out on their bullshit D5.

The worst part was near the end of that day when I realized they were the most active players in the thread and never once said a word to each other, and I couldn't do anything about it. Even during that last day I was half-convinced they were both mafia, but I didn't want to give that away until I could narrow down who the SK was. :\

I CAME SO CLOSE TO GETTING TREE STUMP. When I learned what it was, I was so depressed. I lost it by like $50 or so. If I had won it, I would have been competing with Virothe for auctions, and events might have turned out differently.

This game was weird. It was both well-played by several players, and yet strangely lacking in cohesiveness, which ultimately was Town's downfall.

The fact Dupti was a tree stump should have essentially pushed this game to a near guaranteed town victory, and yet his reads and advice were ignored. He is a great town player, especially when you KNOW he's town. How people could just pretend he didn't exist is kind of sad, tbh.

Virothe played an amazing game. Not just by being smart about what auctions to take, but also being smart in how to use his abilities at night and how to flaunt them during the day. Probably 7 times out of 10, he would have won this game. He HAD to be double tapped the previous night in order to die. He had a BPV. (He could have actually had 2 if he were smart but we can't expect much from a Canadian -- he should have lived though.)

Ret played pretty well considering his availability. Ret, you HAD Largehorn. You had him. But you let him go. Your thief ability proved his guilt. Your ability to analyze that (honestly, you're one of the few people who would even bother to, and I absolutely expected you to continue to push that line of thinking) made you a real threat. I'm surprised you let it go.

I'm kinda surprised how that worked out for Virothe and Shirokitsune.
The mafia was convinced it was a trait of importance. So they decided to kill one of them. Picked Shirokitsune. Shirokitsune was basically killed for sending out money.
While Virothe, gained a lot of goodwill for doing exactly the same thing.
