This is the cat very much amongst the pigeons. If Brazil win their group, then we may well see Brazil v Germany in the last 16, who in turn would await for the winner of England's group.

Germany is in a difficult spot now, it might just be Sweden/Mexico moving up, and Republic of Korea is no pushover either, especially how Germany is playing.

Yep, totally agree. Don't think I can even remember a game Germany played such a poor first half. They got lucky that Mexico's final pass was horrible on most of those counters, and in the second half Mexico substituted their two best players just to defend.

Honestly i think Mexico was tired. And who can blame them. I think they did fantasticly well keeping it 1-0 and they showed they had some real quality in the first half.
