Sure. You and what actual, provable charges? There's a whole lot of nothing on Trump. they've been turning over every rock they can so much as look at and despite that, Trump has yet to be directly implicated in any actual way.

You're stuck in a conspiracy theory yourself. just on the opposite side of the coin. "RUSSIA!" is becoming the new emails.

What the fuck is wrong with these people?
These are the same morons who truly believed the democrats were running a child-sex ring out of the basement of a pizza shop.

TBF, the polls only average about a 40% approval rating for the current president. And frankly, only about 30% of the population voted for the guy. Those are still shockingly large numbers, indicating high support for a man who is demonstrably unqualified and incompetent (I blame Fox "News"), but still not quite as terrible as half. Only 2 in 5 people support him, and only 1/3 people are likely to vote for him.

The e-mails are a real thing, conspiracy aside, as shown by released documents under the FOIA. But let's be honest here: To do what this guy did is the equivalent of shooting yourself and then asking for a ransom.

Beside, I don't think that holding people hostage is going to go anyone's way.

Hate to bring it back, but... the email scandal. remember how Comey was talking about it before they even had a chance to leaf through what they found? You know, the thing dems wanted him to lose his job over, and then when trump fired him over it, they started this whole conspiracy? It's not exactly surprising to find that almost every single person on Mueller's team leans pretty far into the "OMFG HATE TRUMP FORVER!" camp. You know, how thye had to remove a guy from it because he was too blatant in his blind Trump hate?

Once this turns over nothing they can use they'll switch to another scandal. It's politics 101.

In direct relation to the Clinton emails, that is a different situation.

Nice to see you're at least aware of the fact that the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election is still an on-going investigation.

Now if only you could figure out when the Clinton e-mail investigations ended...gee, if only someone would release a report on that.

I don't think you're entirely wrong, and there may have been some other factors at play, but I remember being able to bounce some of my right-leaning ideas and positions off of progressives on the board, and they were some of the coolest people about it. Stood firm and gave great responses of their own that made me think, but they were cool about it.

But you're right, it may have been a time and place that I happened to be in, there certainly was no lack of vicious anti-Obama rhetoric in those days, the burnt effigies, The "Don't Re-n**" election bumper stickers, there was a lot of nasty crap back then too, for sure. And yeah, the social media explosion ensures that we see it all the day it happens with plenty of shares and posts.

Of course I know it's a thing, it's the latest democrat "OMFG HOW THE SHIT DID WE LOSE TO TRUMP! HE MUST HAVE CHEATED REEEEEEE!" story. Big shocker, it's not turning anything up on the man himself. Because he's been doing shady shit for as long as he has, he knows how to keep himself out of actual charges. People shitting all over him because they hate him means nothing if they can't actually prove he directly did something illegal.

I don't even know where to start with this. Yes, Dems were mad at Comey, for a variety of reasons. That has nothing to do with Trump apparently firing him to obstruct justice. More importantly, not "almost every single person on Mueller's team leans pretty far into the "OMFG HATE TRUMP FORVER!" camp." Mueller and many of the other team members are Republicans, Mueller even was appointed and served under a Republican President. And the guy they removed from the team, pretty darn quickly BTW, shows that they are making sure they keep only people who can be unbiased during the investigation.

There's so much nuance I feel you're missing while making assumptions about what is going on that aren't supported by fact.

At this point, that Russia was involved and Trump with them is indisputable.

The question is to what extent now. This investigation has been one of the fastest moving in history because there has been so damned much to turn up.

Here's something that your camp doesnt seem to understand.

Its perfectly legal to dislike your president. Disliking the president is not a crime.

You... you realize that's why the investigation is still going on, evidence is being collected, deals are being made for testimony, and so on and so forth. And that it's all going to come out in a big way, right? Also, ever heard of the RICO Act and similar laws where you don't have to be the one to actually perform the crime in order to be responsible for it as the ringleader?

    Trump supporters, man...
